Standard Delivery: 

We offer free shipping Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories on all orders greater than $100. Orders are shipped USPS first class mail. Standard delivery arrives within 5-10 business days (not including order processing, typically 2 days). Our Staff will notify you via email if there are any additional delays. All orders will be insured and tracking information, if applicable, will be provided once your order has shipped. Orders usually arrive between 3 to 10 business days.

Express Mail Delivery:
Express orders arrive within 1-2 days (this does not include the two to three days needed to process your order). All orders will be insured and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Express shipping is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories

** We cannot be responsible for missing items when carrier shows valid proof of delivery. All packages are insured via USPS. If a claim is necessary, you maybe required to complete the claims process via USPS.
** Now offering UPS shipping options. 
** International Shipping is not available at this time **

Local Pickup: 
Simply select STORE PICKUP option at checkout and we will have your items ready same-day, within normal business hours.  During the Holiday season we offer FREE gift wrapping, add your request in the notes section of checkout and we will take care of that as well.


Return/Exchange Policy:

3. Carefully pack your item(s), using the original package and send within 10 days of receiving item(s). Make sure to include the RA email sent to you.

* Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of orders being received. No exception.
* Merchandise must have all original tags and in original condition with no signs of wear.
* Refunds take up to 21 days from the date of receipt.

* Gift cards can not be returned, exchanged or refunded. 


RETURN POLICY

Return must be postmarked within 10 days of order being received by customer for all US orders. No exceptions.

Merchandise must be received in new, unworn, unwashed and original condition with all vendor and store tags attached.

Items sent back worn or with stains, sweat or deodorant stains, visible signs of wear will be rejected. Sale items, Sports bras, and Hair bands cannot be returned.

All returns must be accompanied by the emailed RA form, enclosed in your package with original merchandise.

Any shipped orders being returned in-store will be issued a STORE CREDIT ONLY. No exceptions.

Please note returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days from date of merchandise is received.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING 

Refunds will be processed within approximately 21 business days after we receive your return, we will only email you once your refund/credit has been completed. Returns to your original payment method will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Store Credits will be issued in the form of an e-Gift Card for in store or online use (can not be redeemed for cash).

No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the 10 day mark.
